Project Controller (M/F/D) for major construction projects in the infrastructure sector
Your Responsibilities:
- You will take on the role of a project controller or project manager, depending on your preference and professional experience
- You will take on extensive areas of responsibility in the area of project management and operational processing and work very closely with the project supervisors
- Depending on the project phase, your area of responsibility includes: setting up a schedule, processing cost and performance measurement including reporting, and creating decision templates

Consultant
Consultants form the foundation of consulting at Fontin & Company. Their work is indispensable for professional consulting projects. Depending on their qualifications, they support external projects and/or take on initial assignments in internal tasks. The consultant offers above all career starters the opportunity to get to know the job description of a management consultant through project work, to orient themselves professionally and to profile themselves. They have a completed university degree or MBA and first practical experience through internships or other projects.
Senior Consultant
Senior Consultants perform technically sound work in project teams, structure tasks largely independently and act independently in customer contact. The focus of their work is the analysis, structuring and evaluation of complex issues as well as the development of customer-specific solutions. Together with the client, they then implement the corresponding measures. In addition to consulting, they work reliably in an internal area of responsibility and/or manage internal projects. They have a completed university degree with additional qualifications (MBA, doctorate) and first practical experience or have 2 to 3 years of consulting or industry experience.
Manager
Managers plan and manage consulting projects largely independently. They successfully present Fontin & Company to customers over the majority of the project term and realize options for follow-up business from orders. Internally, they are responsible for a sub-task and/or manage complex internal projects. They have several years of professional experience in consulting or industrial businesses and have worked primarily in the areas of strategy, performance measurement, business models or processes.
